August 5th
2 P.M. to 5 P.M.: Hotel check-in and Reunion registration.
6 P.M. to Midnite: Hospitality Suite open - Bring your old family photos to scan into our family website.
Friday, August 6th
9 A.M. to 10 A.M.: Meet & Greet everyone at the Hospitality Suite.
9:30 A.M. - 5 P.M.: Bus #1: Richmond Black History sites and Canal Walk (boat rides and shopping)
10:00 A.M. - 3 P.M.: Bus #2: Richmond Black History sites
10 A.M. to 5 P.M.: Trip to Highland Springs Golf Course.
8 P.M. to Midnite: Jazz Reception at the Hilton Flight Deck Lounge (cash bar, finger food and cool jazz / R&B by Carlton Ayers & the Legacy Band and Show. Reunion drawing will be held for cash and prizes!
9 P.M. to Midnite: Hospitality Suite open - Scan your old family photos.
Saturday, August 7th
9 A.M. to 1 P.M.: Bus to Charles City, President John Tyler's home "Sherwood Forest" ($5.50 admission*) & family graveyard.
1 P.M. to 4 P.M.: Family Picnic in Charles City (food, games and swimming)
4 P.M. to 8 P.M.: Family Research Workshop, Elders Circle, Brown Family Website and Family Tree Building Clinic.
8 P.M. to Midnite: Hospitality Suite open - Put your precious family photos on our website.
8 P.M. Until: Night on the town (on your own, for info see Cousin Doug Blair).
Sunday, August 8th
10:30 A.M. to 2 P.M.: Elam Baptist Church Service, Charles City
